Consisting of students, academics and administrative staff It is our service where we provide fast and professional support to solve the technical problems our users encounter with computer hardware and software and to enable them to use information technology resources efficiently.

User Account Management

User Account Management

This service covers account management processes such as creating, managing and closing the accounts of all users accessing OzU IT systems. It includes checking users' access rights to the system, updating account information, resetting passwords, and resolving problems with user accounts.

This is the support service we offer to meet the printing and copying needs of our university users, with nearly 100 professional devices spread throughout the campus and a copy center positioned for mass and individual printing.

Digital Visual System

Digital Signage system is our digital media management service that enables the display and central management of information, announcements and other content through LCD/LED screens, projections and other visual display devices at nearly 40 points in the campus area.

Wireless Network (Wi-Fi); It is a secure and user-controlled network that allows internet access 7/24. Wireless network access is available to all our staff in indoor and outdoor areas on campus. You can log in to this network using Ozu email address and password. Eduroam You can connect 5 devices (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to the wireless network at the same time.

Eduroam; It is a shared roaming service that provides secure access to wireless network (Wi-Fi) access from any campus location in Turkey and around the world. After a one-time installation, you can automatically connect to the Eduroam network whenever you are on campus or visit an Eduroam member institution. VPN, basically opens an encrypted tunnel from where your computer is physically located to the university network. The information transmitted through this tunnel cannot be viewed from the outside because it is encrypted. This makes your network connection safe from attacks.
Applications, resources and systems hosted by the university are not accessible from outside the campus due to information security measures. To access these resources and systems, you must first connect to the University network via VPN.

Step by step installation
The Copying Center provides document duplication, printing and binding services for OzU members. There are printers dedicated to use on academic building floors, as well as in the library, 7/24 study area, and dormitories. Printers MyOzU You can access it by scanning the QR code via the mobile application camera.
 
In order to benefit from printing operations, you must have a printer installed on your computers. In case of problems with both this installation and the printing system, Copy Center or Student Center -3. You can get support from the User Support Office staff on the floor.
