Software to Support Our Students and Learning
SiS
Student Information System (SiS) is a web-based software system that you can use to manage student registrations, course registrations, exam grades, transcripts, dormitory applications, student payments and other academic transactions and processes. It helps our students and faculty members work more efficiently and organized.
LMS
Learning Management System (LMS) is a software platform used to manage distance education and training materials and processes. LMS provides students with access to course materials, interactive content and communication tools, as well as tracking course attendance, receiving and evaluating assignments.
Turnitin
It is used as a tool to ensure originality and promote academic success by providing students with the opportunity to check their written work in advance and correct it when necessary. It is an online software platform that helps faculty members monitor and protect students' academic integrity.

Office365
Google Education+
It is an online Google platform specific to educational institutions that brings together various tools that support learning and teaching, offered free of charge to all our students in cooperation with OzU and Google Turkey. Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Meet are the main popular Google applications offered.
Distance Education
Distance education tools are platforms that enable students and faculty members to obtain interactive learning experiences and carry out learning-teaching processes in online synchronous and asynchronous environments. Distance Education processes are managed by the Learning and Teaching Office (OLTE) at OzU. You can visit the OLTE Website for detailed information.
Link Professional
It is a software platform that supports career management and job finding processes for OzU graduate candidates and intern students. You can view job postings, create resumes and apply for jobs online. It also provides the opportunity to connect with employers and attend events such as career events, job fairs and informational sessions.
Study room
Thanks to this application, our students can view the study rooms in the library or faculty buildings online for activities such as studying, project work or group work, select the appropriate ones and make reservations for the dates and times they want. You can access the daily calendar by scanning the study room number via the MyOzU camera.
Psychological Counseling
Psychological counseling is a support source provided by OzU to help our students with issues such as increasing academic success, stress management, personal development and developing skills to cope with the difficulties of university life. To benefit from this service, you can make an appointment via the reservation system at any time.
International Exchange
OzU improves education, research and student experience with its internationalization strategy. In addition to offering educational programs in line with the Bologna process, we actively participate in the Erasmus program so that our students can gain international experience. You can use this application system to have an international education experience.
