Administrative Software for Employees

Google Education+

It is an online Google platform specific to educational institutions that brings together various tools that support academic and administrative process management, offered free of charge to all our employees in cooperation with OzU and Google Turkey. Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Meet are the main popular Google applications offered.

Office365

With the cooperation of OzU and Microsoft Türkiye, all our employees can benefit from the Office 365 platform free of charge. With Office 365, you can access Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams etc. for free. You can install Office 365 on up to 5 devices, such as your desktop and/or laptop computers, tablets and smartphones.

Remote Work

Remote working tools are a set of software and technology solutions that enable academic and administrative employees to fulfill their responsibilities within the scope of their job descriptions and business meetings between teams remotely electronically. VPN, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Google Meet, Google Docs platforms are the main tools offered.

ERP

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an enterprise resource planning software used to integrate the university's financial management, purchasing, supply chain management and other business processes. Our employees can submit purchasing requests through the Purchasing module, which includes functions such as planning the purchase of goods and services, creating orders, managing supplier relations, tracking orders and making payments. 

IMS

IMS (Information Management System) is a software platform where the university's academic and administrative information systems and business processes are digitally transformed and automated. Many corporate processes such as Purchasing, Transportation, Material, Training, Business Advance Request can be carried out online. The IMS platform is developed on Mendix, one of the industry's leading Low Code development tools, and is made available to all our academic and administrative staff via the MyOzU Web portal. 

EBYS

Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) is a software platform that enables the university's internal and external correspondence and documents to be stored and accessed securely in a web-based electronic environment, and helps meet legal compliance requirements and optimize documentation processes. It is available to all our employees.

XRM

XRM is a flexible and customizable information management system used to manage the university's stakeholder relationships and business processes. With this system, more than 20 information systems have been established under different institutional structures, from Student Development and Experience to Student Clubs, from the Alumni Office to the Continuing Education Academy, and have been developed under the umbrella of a central communication management system.

Reporting Portal

The reporting portal is a web-based software that is put into service to enable university administrators and employees to make data-driven decisions, monitor institutional performance and increase accountability, and provides the necessary reports by feeding from different information system sources. Secure access to needed and processed important data is provided through this application.

Forms & Procedures

IT Forms & Procedures define the university's access, use and security policies for information technology systems, explaining how users can benefit from IT services, report problems and use IT resources effectively. You can access Forms & Procedures via MyOzU Web Portal Search.
